Hey bubba, looky at this! Of course, one can't hold a prejudice about all persons of a particular description, but for the most part "corrections officers" are the lowest form of life. Artificial manipulation to gather sperm is done with most male animals and with humans routinely . To do this for bonding with your male dog ---- is a stupid, idiotic idea. This sounds like it is a theory coming from an uneducated male dog trainer who does not know anything about dog or animal behavior or dog training. However if this is done for the purpose of gathering sperm it is not animal abuse. The person who came up with this idea, needs to be forced to get an education especially in animal sexual behavior, which is serious science based -- not porn entertainment. Sexually masturbating your male dog WILL NOT CAUSE BONDING. Anyone who knows animals, know dogs bond with humans for their food source not sex. These DOC officers are guilty of a GIANT CASE OF STUPIDITY and IGNORANCE - and I do not think, it is against the law to be stupid and IGNORANT. I would question their ability to be officers in the DOC.----DOC officers should at least have normal intelligence and have some knowledge of behavior.

They are not as sick as you would think--I live in an area that embraces stupidity and ignorance as though it is a virtue. I will bet they have been following instructions from some other ignorant stupid person who did not bother to get facts on animal behavior. I also believe at least 1 female DOC officer was involved (this is not 100%) I was told at least 1 female. Ignorance is not limited to men. These officers need education ----- BIG TIME ---- This is the results of lack of sex education in schools.

first of all I'd like to know how they got caught? These are the people that society sends our convicted felons to. Are you still wondering what's wrong with the STATE'S rehabilitation program. Don't let it slip your mind your children are also on a STATE curiculum in the public schools. THAT'S what you should be scared about! What I mean by society is... Well.. that would be us, uh?

The officers did not believe they were doing anything, counter productive. The public found out about it because -THE INCIDENT WAS VIDEO TAPED BY THE INSTRUCTOR - Because i have not talked to the instructor, I must assume he thought- what he was doing was one way dogs learn.??? I know the mentality of uneducated dog handlers--I live in an area where this kind of ignorant thinking prevails. I still think education should be MANDATORY for everyone!! Education is cheaper than ignorance.
