$173K drug bust on I-40

With all the drug bust on I 40 I wonder how much money & or drugs the troopers take for their personal gain. I bet it is very high.

I know the money goes back into the department for "personal" use such as new equipment and stuff. As for what percent of that money goes into the arresting officer's pocket, I don't know. Do they deserve a little extra, tax-free spending money? I say yes. Sometimes, people that put their lives on the line and don't get well compensated for it deserve to have a little reward for doing a good job, just like everyone else. I'm not advocating curruption, but, you know, if the money's coming from a drug dealer, who more than likely will spend that same money on more drugs, or shiny new rims, or weapons, then "finders keepers."

those shady cops always seem to guess right some how. its pretty sad that if you are black or mexican YOUR GONNA GET PULLED OVER FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER ON I40. JUST THE FACTS!!!! panhandle cops are shady!!!!! try it sometime and i GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET PULLED OVER FOR SOME MADE UP REASON!!!!

its pretty sad that blacks and mexicans cant drive across our "free" country without getting pulled over and messed with because of their race!!!!! CONSTITUTION!!!
