I just finished watching the movie on life time. those girls are lucky that the parents of that beaten child are so have the hearts they do, because if that was my daughter who had been beaten I would be the one facing charges eight counts of murder in the fist degree!!! The things that I would have done to each and everyone of those, DEMON POSSESSED, girls and boys would make the movie saw look like a fu**in' disney movie!!!! God will never give you more than you can handle, and what on does on this earth one pay for on this earth!!!!! God bless and may those 8 teenagers rot in jail for the rest of their lives!!!!!

Life in prison is not justified for what has happened here although the initial shock and awe put us into a burn em' at the stake mode. Once vengeance subsided using the wisdom and morals that my wife and I talk, teach, preach, and live by, someone had to intercede and blow the match out. What these kids did was atrocious by any third world standard. What we and Tori did was offer someone a second chance and to plant a seed that hopefully would guide them to change themselves based on the example before them. Hopefully all the posters on the thread will learn something from this and take away with them more compassion for their fellow man. The world would be a much better place to live.

Patrick I think that jail time was more than deserved .Though in the long run maybe showing those that were guilty compassion when they gave none themselves taught everyone involved and everyone else following the case a more valuable lesson . I read an article in the Ledger that Talisa has talked with and forgiven four of the girls . I was wondering if you could share which of the girls she has not talked with? Either way I do hope that those girls understand and apreciate the level of compassion that all of you showed in not wanting jail time . Most people wanted far worse than jail.

I watched the early interviews with Patrick and Talisa Lindsay. I think Lifetime did get it right that The Lindsays are intellectual people. The results were thought out, and did go as Unknown just posted. I predict when all comes out the media will be questioned the most. It's my opinion that The Lindsays gave all the teens a return to a anonymous life. Victoria chose being anonymous to making a effort to become a celebrity.

It is possible that The Lindsays did support the co-defendants as they did on The Lifetime Movie, but it would be extraordinary if, the endorsement did get the results it did in the movie. In regards to the sentancing. This is because it is logical for the court to assume the victim is reacting to actions of the co-defendants. Well, like I said before sometime down the road all will be told. Because, someone will have the believe to truth should be told.

The fifth grade autistic boy in Massachusetts that got beatup and video taped buy 5 others fifth graders should of gotten as much media attention. Which happened in 2007 (I know this is old news)and he moved to the other school and doesn't understand why he got beatup.

Maybe you should write a book. I read this earlier, and at first I thought you should exclude the girls becoming erotic wrestlers. But from there you could create more colorfull charicters to direct and produce, and lord knows how much politics you could draw out of who wins or losses. Your supervisors must have some stories to tell about you. If I was a Lindsay or one of the other people involved, I'd consider you to be comic relief.

Now I post what is about a 1 month warning. On the 4th anniversity I will post here. What i think really happened after the 2nd week of April. I will explain why the conversation here was is it was. yes, it could clearlyt be argues I am not correct, however what I would post here would be what is the most likely. I will also post on youtube, my opinion of the lie as if it was the truth. This campaighn could be ended by an e-mail from the correct e-mail address. This ultimatuim is due to the complete lack of respect what was the real topic was giving. On March 30th, here I will respond to Unknown as if he was or is patrick Lindsay. Damian83 from the UK asked a good question, and in PART 2, I'll explain to Damian How Victoria is doing.
PART 1
There are those that would like to precced this, claim it should be part 2-4. In my version of Part 2, which I do believe will be what is correct, and really is themost pivotable part of this story.
If I were to seek further here and find there is a reason to preceed PART 1, as I am posting it here. I would say you'd find it either in the local law enforcment community, the court system or youtube admin, as Patrick Lindsay suggested in his first public interview.
The story in my book starts with a Law Enforcement Officer or administrator deciding to release details of a crime to media. The first real debate is, what was the releaser thinking. Did this person have a faulty frame of mind? Was it a plan that was now to come together? I suggest faulty frame of mind is possible, but less likely.
Of course, people could have had planned for this day, and someone did make a blunder. With in 2 weeks of "The Florida Teen Cheerleader Beating" many of youtube assault videos were removed, and it was no longer cool to post girlfights or carfights. In my opinion this was a blessing for those that use youtube to advertise erotic fighting. But more importantly, the Law Enforcement's goal was reached.
Perhaps the beating and the seeing the world did not see it as cool, did save other people like Victoria Lindsay. I do think it did. Some where people did see bullying was ugly and just made the bully look bad.
