That is OKlahoma that is what they do when it comes to being rape. This is the only State that give men rights to rape an gegt away. I know I was rape an the freak got off 3 yrs probation lifetime sex offender. Oklahoma let me down. Woman have no rights in Oklahoma. We are treated like sex slaves to the System in Oklahoma. And this is going to change. I have been working on getting all rape victims togather and we have Date set to be in Washington Dc for the Civil rights Act. And this will be National as well. Im not going to give to much information Right now. But this case and many others are going to get some people out of Office. what where they thinking. 95% of rapes in Oklahoma is by either jail or Daycare or work places where the public go. And you are to be protected by the County State or the city. Oklahoma have this in there minds in the System they believe that Oklahoma is there own country. But what they feel to realize is that this is America in they sit right in the Heart land of it. They take the system in if they know the people they give deals to keep them out of prison until there Statues runs out. People this is a State that believe in Stacking as many Charges as they can to get a pay check. And some cases they are thrown out for Civil reasons when they hit the Docket. Because of Federal Civil Law suit that they are becoming aware of. Because so many people that are victims half are in prison for cases they may have had there civil rights taken. And most of them are the African American Youths in Oklahoma. Now what I have realize reading all the Appeal Cases# in Oklahoma that all the cases seem to be the same. And the Judges seem to have a connection with the DA Or the county where the person is Sentance. Well there is about to be an Open door in the next comming years in OKlahoma system is about to get shut down in some of your powerful People are about to quit there jobs in be Charged for years Of Abuse and years of taking peoples rights. One case a man has retired and he is not aware of the Charges that he have coming to him for what he did false charges on some poeple that are in prison. So you know what happen when rich people are caught in there dirt they go buy a gun and Blow there self away. You will hear of alot of this in Oklahoma happning in the next coming years they have been getting away for a long time,. And now it is time they get what they have been putting out. LOL Here in Mayes County we had a man convicted/plead-out to Lewd Molestation and Forcible Sodomy and he got 20 years SUSPENDED. No time served. Hows that for justice?

One year for what he did to that child? I'm still reeling from the shock. Wow, our justice system really works......for the criminals. I'm embarrassed for that judge.

When this monster gets out of jail and he rapes again, it will be on this judges back. He may not even get out of jail. The inmates in prison hate rapists and child molesters. The judge finally agreed to this - so get rid of him. Common sense says you don't let someone off with a one year sentence.

If the judge didn't like what that DA offered a evidence he should have sent them back to investigate for more. The DA's office missed a big piece by not having the daughter come forward and tell her story.

Where may I ask is the picture of this judge and why is it not in the story. As citizens we can remove judges from office and send them to prision. We need to do this in this story to settle the arguement and hold them accountable.

What they didnt mention in this story, but have in past ones is they did not feel they had enough evidence to convict him because they could not rely on the poor ravaged little girl to give testimony. Its amazing how this system we call justice works. Raping a child should be equal to committing murder. Your cheating a child out of their life, some feel like dieing after they've been violated, and all you can do is lock him up for a year. That is such a travesty. last friday night i was on my porch watching my kids play and the child molester down the street walked by and started growling at my kids i told him to take his *** down the street or i was going to beat his *** he walked away well saturday night he past by my house about seven times in an hour i felt he was stalking my three little girls so i called the police and told them what had happend they told me that the only law that had been broken was by me cause i threatened to kick his *** they said they couldnt ask him not to walk by my house in fact he can sit on the curb in front of my house all day if he wanted cause he done his time in prison and is free the police can only do something to him if he touches one of my kids i thought okay now its war so sunday when he walked by i told him your not going to catch my slippin and get any of my kid when i told him this i made sure he seen the huge arny knife i had in my hand i havent seen him hanging around since they say we need to change the laws we have no we need to make sure the laws we have are enforced and add new ones to the books to protect the childern cause the childern cant protect themselves

i believe there was a judge accused of masturbating or having some sort of penile device behind his desk in california. perverts are everywhere.
but the real "pervs" in this case are the politicians and lowyers who let this man "get off" by being punished with just a slap on the hand.
