Is that insane or what ? ATV's do NOT belong on the road . Children should NOT be driving these things .

The parents should be responsible for allowing a child on an ATV and on the road. I don't know all the facts, but do know the injuries that can be caused r/t AVT's. Some people do not protect their kids.

While this is a tragic accident, the family is out of line in what they are trying to do here. I'm sure the driver feels horrible as it is. However, they were allowing a 10 year old to drive an ATV on a road, by herself. This is just like a deer jumping out in the middle of the road, most of the time you have no warning, it just happens

I work with the gentlemen that was driving the truck, and like Ryan states, he felt horrible about the incident. The girl was driving the four wheeler down their driveway and instead of truning she drove out into the road in front of the truck. It is a terrible tragedy, for all involved.

I understand that the parents are hurting. But they are laying the blame in the wrong direction. They, themselves should be prosecuted for endangering the welfare of a child.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Sagittarius

Watch out. Your mind is working overtime in full analytical mode, but you may be leaping to unfounded conclusions and reading too much into situations. The result of all this is that you might start to suspect someone's honesty or loyalty, and wonder what exactly they're up to. Don't accuse them of anything awful just yet because it may turn out that you were totally wrong about them.
