I think we need a state representative who is more in tune with the needs of Franklin County instead of Perry County.

I agree, he is well known in Perry County, but Franklin County is an after thought. He made sure and hired a cute staff member from Franklin County to be politically correct with some constituents!

He was part of the whole budget delay..Time for a change!!!!

Held office since 2005? Well, that's too long.
Time for him to give it up and get a job.

If you never met the man, than I'm sorry that you never met the most caring, helpful, Harley rider than you'll ever find!!
Mark isn't one of those politicans that only care for you when he needs you, you can count on Mark 24/7 365!!
If you don't know Mark than I guess you just have to be set in your PODUNK ways and put someone down that you never met!
What a bunch of children.

How many representatives does Franklin county have?

You may be surprised! Rep. Keller represents the northern part of Franklin County as well as Perry County. I understand he does his job well on both sides of the border. Do a little research before spouting off, HTR.

Check the facts Dude...Keller does indeed "represent" Hamilton Township. Apparently you need some better sources to Harry!

What does riding a Harley have to do with this? There are too many representatives in PA. Rep Keller is a public expense that is money wasted.

We don't need to redistrict, we need to REDUCE. Pennsylvania does not need 253 representatives. We have 67 counties. 67 representatives should be sufficient. Come on, Pennsylvania, we have a very modern technological system today in which every citizen can express their beliefs, wants, and needs much easier than ever before. We can never expect these career politicians to vote themselves out of a job. That plan they had introduced a while back just is not enough. What was it....50 years to cut back a third of the legislature? We can't wait 50 years.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rep. Keller on some other issues and I know he is asset to our community. He will fight for the needs of the people in his district unlike other some of the other politicians in other districts who is all just chin music. Tell you wjat you want to hear and that is the end of it. And if rep. Keller can't get something accomplished for you he will make time for a personal meeting and tell you why or what you need to do for the next time. Mark Keller is a very respectable family man and cares about the people who he serves.

If you would stop by his office in Hamilton Township you would see he spends at least 2 days a week there when he is not in session in Harrisburg. And for the folks who complained about him holding up the budget he is only one person it took more than that to hold it up. And if he did vote against it maybe it was because the budget originally wanted to take care of Phila and Pittsburgh and the heck with the rest of us Commonwealth Taxpayers

Keller's claim to fame is handing out maps, calendars (both done at taxpayer expense), and feeding at the well-stocked trough supplied by us serfs. The guy's done nothing beneficial - check the new Perry County assessment law about how the county assessment figures are correct and the landowner must prove them otherwise. As a commissioner he signed this crap! So much for working for the little people! He's got to go!!

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
