couldnt the young lady file an appeal? take it to a higher court? seems like NO ONE should be able to get away with rape? no matter who or what they know. does anyone know on what grounds charges were dropped?

They dropped the charges based on "lack of evidence" without even sending in the rape kit. Only in New Lexington!

the case has been referred to the perry county grand jury for their opinion on what charges to proceed with. the prosecutor has been replaced with one that will actually do their job. someone from an outside county that will actually not take a payoff. this county has been in dutiels pocket for years. last time i think he donated money to help refurbish a park as part of his punishment so what does that make us think?

Perry County is so crooked, my uncle watched a Vollmer Boy shoot another in cold blood on main street in New Straitsville and he was found not guilty and it was clearly premeditated murder. Jamie Nutter and another boy killed Allen Yoder in cold blood and never did a day in jail. Many more crimes nothing ever done

my boy bought cold Meds over the counter and now being charger with drug charges no evidence on him but have to go to grand jury and already did his time for buying the cold Meds now the County picked up the case and said he was making drugs and he knows nothing about it this town makes up there own cases as they go we have a Lawer out of town comen in to take care of or business hope they get to the bottom of things around here but i see Everyones complaints this town sucks when it comes to the laws they cost this town more money for taken people to grand jury that is not guilty of anything and i fill were not going to have a fare trial because all the big wigs stick together.
