Update: Victim dies from injuries
Deputies have not released the name of the victim and no arrests have been made.

Tell us WHO it is? I live in DC and have a lot of friends in their 20's... come on already. Another thing I think they need to TRIPLE the cops presence in that area. There is so much bad crap that goes on in the Lock Street area. I know as soon as I can afford it, I'm gettin out.

Our protectors are failing us. The laws are not being upheld. To many of the bad guys are released back into our society, maybe not in this case, but, a guy kicking in doors has 23 arrests previously and is out on our streets. Legalize marijuana in small and let out those offenders so that the 'real' bad guys can spend their time in jail and not on OUR streets. Get the police who are there to 'Protect and Serve' off of the highways writing tickets for speeders back in town to watch our backs.

Maybe this will give the authorities more ammunition to shut down the La Onda dance club as a public nuisance. It is owned by an illegal immigrant drug dealing thug.

Not surprised, Tommy Town is Little Mexico and the home to Mexican drug dealers and gangs. The Dade City Police nor the Pasco County Sheriffs will venture into the area. Murders and violence are common there as the dealers and gangs fight for control and turf.
