Casey Anthony Trial: Jury Suspicious of George Anthony

George knew how he needed to testify on the witness stand. He knew to look down to appear to be lying, he knew how to appear evasive. These tactics were intended to create 'reasonable doubt.' I'm certain he was instructed to do this by Cindy Anthony, who also did everything she could while testifying to do the same.

George and Cindy know Casey is guilty, and apparently they don't care what they have to do to get her released. How tragic for them! George has known for years that Casey is an extreme sociopath, maybe even a psychopath, but had told not to say anything to anyone about it.

I would not purchase a book or see an interview from the parents since they tell the truth any more than Casey. I would like to see what Lee Anthony may finally reveal about his sister's true nature. Although would even be suspicious of anything he creates.

BTW -- the twelve jurors were stupid idiots. Doubt even one of them had an IQ above 90.

The jury did exactly what they were instructed to do. The defense does not need to prove innocence. The prosecution needs to show guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. They did not do that. Do you people know how the law works?

BTW: IMHO, George is not only Casey's father, he is Caylee's father too...and GUILTY AS SIN!

If you knew anything about being on a jury it's that you can't let your emotions or the NEWS guide your vote of guilty or not guilty.

You have to follow the CONSTITUTION and the rules that are presented to you at time of deliberation. That is exactly what this jury did.

The prosecution never presented or proved cause of death. Wasn't their fault. The body was so decomposed that the coroner had to rule cause of death as unknown. So, if you can't say she was murdered, how can your charge someone with 1st degree murder and sentence them to death? The juror said that had they presented a lessor charge then they could have found her guilty which means obviously they think she had something to do with it but they had little to no evidence of that.

Chillax, dude, Casey Anthony's deal$ are drying up faster than Sarah Palin and if YOU are any example of the angry CRAZIES that are going to be going after her, she is going to be looking over her shoulder for the rest of her pathetic life. Karma always comes a knocking for people like her. Just ask OJ who is sitting in prison cell for the next 20 years.

Agree, even though it seemed like it at times, George wasnt on trial, Casey was. Blaming George is a cop out and an excuse

They did a paternity test and neither Lee or George were the father. George did what any father would do just as Cindy did when she lied on stand about searching for chloroform due to her dogs being tired...they were protecting their daughter from the death penalty. If you are going to make accusations you should know what you are talking about. For example....Casey accused her father of raping her..however she told Tony she thinks "he tried to"...then in closing arguments they couldn't even use this justification due to no proof. You cannot just make accusations ..that is slander and illegal. I would love to know where you obtained your proof that George is Caylee's father. Please share

Bottom line is ..
Casey did it right ..she murdered her daughter and threw her out like trash where nobody would find her. By the time Caylee was found ,due to Casey putting everyone on a wild goose chase for a falsified nanny , her poor little body was decomposed and the medical examiner was not able to determine cause of death. Let's think ..while little Caylee is rotting in a bag ..Casey is living it up in bars..getting tattoos and living the "good life". The prosecution had to rely on the jury to use common sense which unfortunately is not listed in the constitution. A poor child was murdered and due to the "law" ..the same law that if you get caught with drugs you get locked up for god knows how long and if you rape a child you get probation and your picture on a website. It is sad and I hope that the jury can live with themselves because I pity them. As for Casey I can only hope that she will suffer which I don't see happening, and last but not least for Caylee I hope she rests in peace since she will no longer be able to play, laugh, smile, or love due to her mother , the person she trusted the most, murdering her and throwing her out like trash.

Afraid not my friend. REASONABLE DOUBT is the key word here. The jury didn't understand something so simple as reasonable doubt.

In your humble opinion....well if you knew what you were talking about you would know that he was not the father due to paternity test. I agree with reasonable doubt and that was the whole point of my next post.. Casey did it perfectly. She murdered her child and got away with it. End of story. Lets say it happened as Casey said it did..which I will explain since Im sure you did not watch the trial based on your juvenile humble opinions... Casey stated her daughter drowned in the pool and it was an accident..umm ok .. so you take her and put her in a bad and dump her...then go out and party and tell everyone she is with a nanny....then get a tattoo that is translated to mean "the good life". Definitely my actions if my child was dead... what was the reasonable doubt? In opening arguments Prosecutor Jose Baez stated Caylee drowned in a pool and the reason Casey lied was because her father molested her. Both accusations were thrown out in closing arguments because nobody could confirm these accusations. So what is the reasonable doubt? The reason this case was lost was due to the decomposition of the body not allowing us to know cause of death and therefore with no cause of death we cannot determine if premeditated or accidental.. regardless the facts remain..while Caylees poor body lied in a swamp Casey was living the "good life".

How do we ever know anyone did it unless we were there? How did the jury know Scott Peterson did it? Do I think she should have gotten first degree murder? No , there was no proof of pre meditated murder. The simple fact that her story made no sense.She said her daughter drowned on June 16th 2008 .. 30 days prior to her being reported missing. So if Caylee drowned on 6/16 why was Casey partying and telling everyone she was with a nanny? Does that make any sense to you at all? If she was dead on 6/16/2008 then why did Casey have her parents and half of Florida on a man hunt to find Zanny the invisible nanny. Why did they find hair of Caylees that shows she was dead in Casey's trunk? Why did they find chloroform particles in the air in her trunk? Why did she google "chlorophorm and neck breaking" 81 times on her parent's computer?.. Why did her trunk smell of a decomposing body?.. did you even watch the trial at all or are you just wasting my time. Did the jury do their job. Yes I beleieve they did based on what they had to work with. So based on your first statement. What is your proof George Anthony had anything to do with this? What testimony given in the trial linked George Anthony to this at all? Because Jose Baez stated he molested her? Which nobody can confirm because she told other people he didnt ..she said and i quote" i think my father may have tried to molest me" .. who doesnt know if they were molested or not? Who laughs during a trial when they are discussing the death of her daughter? All these behaviors show a sick, heartless monster who is capable of anything.

If that's your logic than we had better open the doors and set over 80% of the murderers in jail free. What 12 moronic jurors (and a few other mentally challenged people) don't understand is that circumstantial evidence IS evidence. It needs to be considered just like any other. And what people fail to understand that the base of REASONable doubt is REASON; REASON by definition is: "Think, understand, and form judgments by a process of logic."

If you actually weigh the ALL of the evidence presented, there is NO OTHER CONCLUSION that you can draw. Just because Casey hid the body well enough so that it decomposed to the point that how she killed her daughter couldn't be determined does not mean she is innocent. It also does not void the overwhelming amount of evidence that shows she is the one who killed her daughter. She is guilty beyond any REASONABLE doubt. The only people who can't see that are looking for a payday, in a hurry to take cruise or just plain dumb. Take your pick which you want to be.
