Why not 40 or 50 years or life? Why doesn't the 3 strikes law apply? This guy has cost taxpayer untold amounts and destroyed many lives with his drug trade.

a huge majority of latino gang members are NOT illegals- most were born in the US. the illegals are the ones who usually work hard and keep a low profile. you should blame their folks for coming across the border and not properly raising their kids...

If you think about it, whose lives did he realy destroy the people who were getting killed were all drug dealers, gang members, etc. those are the people who are actively out there killing our kids, selling drugs to them, and landing them in prison so give the guy a medal and set him free after all his done more in getting rid of criminals on the streets and in prison still then most law enforcement groups
