there's no excuse under the sun that can justify his behavior... except money laundering on his level... seen it, been there, and done that. I saw the money laundering first hand. A fair court system nor justice even play into it, and when I went to the Feds, guess what they told me? The wanted me "gone". Now what do you think they meant by that?

Judge Craig E. Arthur is corrupt. I have witness a case at the family court where he purposely delayed the proceeding for more then a year. He knew the attorneys on both sides and kept pushing so both parties involved would have to pay their attorneys to the maximum. The total money paid for that case exceeded $ 85,000.00. When one party refused to pay the attorney bill, somehow the child support case was settled at minimum wage SHORTLY AFTER. In fact, Judge Arthur made inappropriate comments about the child support on his ruling.
That $85K went to the attorneys and Judge Craig Arthur himself.
Do not worry Mr. Arthur, you can run but you can’t hide forever because what goes around comes around.

Naughton's connection with Sheriff Carona not only dismays us, but in fact, ne stood in the way of the Orange County Prosecutor's Office while they tried to prosecute the sheriff. He knowingly had evidence before him about Sheriff Carona's misconduct, yet elected to protect this sheriff while at the same time the Special Prosecutor was rightfully trying to convict this sheriff.... What does that tell you? I would know because I have the facts... but my 15 year old daughter wants to know why this so-called Judge would take away the only mother she's ever had away... She states that she wonders what it would be like to have her mother help her get ready for school in the morning, or how it would be to have her mother talk to her about boyfriends, and so much more... How can it be that this pc of garbage be allowed to walk with any retirement at all? anyone willing to go to Federal Court? I am, and I have all the dots to connect him...

Naughton deliberately and knowingly elected to protect former Sheriff Carona while at the same time had concrete evidence in front of him. Naughton stood in the face of the Orange County's Special Prosecutor's office and elected to withhold that evidence while the special prosecutor tried to, rightfully so, convict this criminal... and he gets 5 1/2 years. Moreover, this Judge took my now 15 yr old daughter away from me indefinitely knowing all this... My daughter states that she wants to know why he would take away a Mother who loved her because she wants to know what it would be like to have a mother help her get ready for school, talk to her about boys and relationships and all the other things mothers do with daughters. My only explanation to her is that word has it Naughton had a propinsity to rule in the father's favor, leaving the mother with no visitation at all because of his sexual persuasion. Naughton is known to be gay, according to past male lovers... How does one tell this to their small child? Fortunately, they grow up. How discusting is that?

Anyone had any awful experiences with Judge Silbar? If you are a father and can play the "victim" role well then she is the judge for you. After a father admitted on the stand that his children came across pornography on his phone and "he didn't see anything wrong with it" no 730 evaluation was granted. Is this because he is a doctor And Judge Silbar wrote the OC Child Custody Guidelines?" The system is scam! This father produced a single paycheck stub (and this was after a a forensic accountant showed his income at 20k) and she was going to allow this as proof! I am beginning my dissertation on therapeutic jurisprudence in Family Law and unfortunately I need to know about all the horror stories. I hope I can make a dent in our corrupted system of Judges and Faily Law Attorneys!

Pay strict attention to the lawyers representing the winners before Silbar, Naughton, Pollard and any replacements. There is a small group of lawyers who work magic like having the court ignore porn, hide income and property, reverse quitclaim deeds, mandate the record on appeal, manipulate custodial evaluations and therapeutic visitation and so on. Losing attorneys are at risk of incarceration with one of these combinations if they do not play along. Follow on combinations can sweep up lump sum awards based upon a variety of legal principles. Hence, you will find certain combinations of judge and attorneys lead to one sided, absurd results. The judge may not even realize what is happening. Isolating Silbar would be to miss the scope of the problem facing certain, target litigants.

Look for judges, lawyers and mental health professionals belonging to an interdisciplinary group (IDG). Typically, combinations are formed within these IDG's and like-minded professionals will work together to fleece a wealthy litigant. In poorer counties, an IDG can be used to force a parent to pay for professional help but never achieve any gains. In richer counties, hefty sums can be used to alter the flow of child support, ownership of housing for children, bank accounts, pension plans and so on. Prior prosecutors or child protective attorneys form bonds that could survive the years and impact upon future cases. Tracing these relationships is always difficult.

Orders of protection can be used to isolate a loving parent from an ill child and in cases of violations of these orders, public rebuke of the isolated parent can be used in litigation. Gag orders keep losing litigants from sharing their stories. Judges also can impose fines for failure to settle, so a losing parent risks additional fines for refusing to settle: there is a fine for frivolous litigation, leveling the legal playing field against the losing parent and a fine for not being truthful in papers.

Also, broaden your view to include other judges and lawyer combinations and realize that this phenomenon takes place across the country. The only difference is how much private wealth is in a county and how much money can be divided. And don't forget that Commissioners (Referees and Magistrates in other states) can be used with these teams to flip custody. Money is always at the root: child support, alimony, property to include homes (child support arrearages can be used to acquire property even in other countries), pension plans and stock/bond holdings. A superior court judge can change legal relationships at the drop of a hat.

As to therapeutic jurisprudence, you'll find that with on one of these combinations, therapists are used to thwart one side over the other. The combination lawyers get to decide which among their group's therapists will handle a losing parent. The therapist can report directly to the court a parent's misconduct. A therapist can offer expert opinions to the court in letters having almost no contact with a parent. The variety of violations of the prohibition against dual roles knows no boundaries. Psychologist ethics take aback seat to one side devastating the other while in fact both sides are thoroughly fleeced.

I do not believe you can do anything because just as Enron's smartest guys in the room found loopholes in established law, so did these combinations. Everything they do is allowed by current law and don't forget that federal matching funds for support, neglect, domestic violence and forced adoptions factor in on every case.

What can one do other than expose these trios?

What you see today is a bastardization of these principles to fleece all litigants of their money using these statutes.

Naughton told me all my money went into the "community kitty" after he ruled that my ex-husband had nothing to do with the
missing funds. Naughton was also appointed by Grey Davis. What on earth do they do with the funds?
