The authors of the proposed anti-graffiti ordinance
should be applaud for their work in proposing a s measure with teeth that will make parents and their children responsible for the graffiti vandals paint on public and private property.No neighborhood not even gated enclaves are safe from these vandals. If this ordinance was law 10 years ago, we would not see the vandalism we see today in Santa Ana. Not citizens must pressure the city council to pass this ordinance and not dance around it or make excuses for opposing it.
