I agree with her and what she said.... I think that marriage is only legitimately between a man and a woman... and everybody knows that but people do not like being told they are wrong... but in the end... that is the fact... women do not fit with women and men do not fit with men... but men and women fit together just fine...

now that I said that I would also like to moan about the way that the Church has treated homosexual people... I do not know why we cannot say that we disagree with the lifestyle, and say that we have reason because of our world view and that they disagree with us... we live in a democracy and the majority should say it and that is that... but I know it will never be.

another sad part is anytime any one disagrees with the homosexual viewpoint they start screaming "homophobe!" but that is not true either... we should not be ugly about it just say what you think... I know that alot of homosexuals will read this, but I do not hate them, dislike them, or wish bad upon them... I just disagree with them... I know God loves all people, and that He came to die to pay for all of our sins, that means everyone not the ones people want to accept and then reject atonement for the ones that they don't...

Unlike you and most people who call themselves religious, I don't base my or anyone elses life on sex. So no, sexual orientation is not a lifestyle. It is a part of what makes someone who they are as people. One part of many, and one part that shouldn't be condemned, as it is a non-issue.

Disagree? What does that even mean? You disagree with someones sexual orientation? Read that line. You disagree with someones sexual orientation. If you think that is rational, then I really don't have much else to say to you. What is even more interesting is, you are even concerned at all with something that in no way affects you directly.

You hate anyone who doesn't see eye to eye with you. I like her might not be 100% correct but you have no right to attack that person for their opinion. They said absolutely nothing hateful. they have a right to turn to their religion to tell them how to view the world. If that religion doesn't accept you just find nother religion that does.

I never attacked her. If I wanted to attack her, I would. I actually could care less about her answer, and the fact she incorrectly thinks her religion excuses her bigotry. Her answer isn't what makes peoples opinion of her negative.

These are the reasons why I personally do not care for Miss Prejean:

-She is a shameless fame seeker (going on FOX news when she is supposed to be fulfilling her contract obligations, writing a book)

-She has lied on numerous occasions.

-All reports are she is hard to work with and a diva.

-She plays the good girl image, when she doesn't do good girl things.

So no, I don't hate her. Where did I say I hated her? Where did I attack her? I didn't do either thing. You are looking for reasons to crucify me, and putting words in my mouth. That isn't the way to formulate any reasonable argument. To get respect, you have to give it. Maybe you and Carrie should both learn that fact of life.

Oh, and if you need a 2000 year old book to tell you how to live, that pretty much means you have no mind of their own. She has a right to her opinion, and I had no issue with her giving her bigoted opinion. The thing is, if you are going to do the "I am a good girl" game, you better do what the good girls do, or stop with the act. She is just a fake Barbie who has no real life concepts of her own. I don't hate her, I don't care about her. She is a non entity.

P.S. Telling a group of legal citizens they don't deserve the rights that you have in their relationships is degrading. I don't know how you think it isn't. It is actually the biggest insult, as it is basically saying your love is wrong, or not acceptable compared to mine. As you can see with the fact gay marriage support has grown, and most people under 35 are for gay marriage, bigotry is bigotry, no matter what the reasons. And that isn't hateful either.

Would we respect a racist? No. A sexist? No. An anti-semite? No. And same thing with someone who is anti-gay. It is unacceptable, and should be and is being condemned accordingly. And I am not attacking anyone. I am giving my opinion, which more people agree with, and if people begin crying and calling foul, that is too damn bad.
