I don't feel he should be reinstated, thank goodness he didn't kill someone. He swore to protect and serve the community. If he were in the military not only would he have to pay all civilian fines, but he would loose some of his pay check, be knocked down in rank, have drastically decreased chances for future advancement and would be possibly facing being discharged from the service. Why should he get off easy? I'm sorry, I have no pity for this guy. If he had killed someone accidently they wouldn't be reinstating him.
