The promotion of Northampton County President Judge of the county's Court of Common Pleas provides the opportunity for insight into this incorrigibly corrupt institution's inner workings - especially as it works under the heavy hand of Court Administrator James Onembo.
Not the least revealing fact that will emerge from this insight is that though Court of Common Pleas judges including District Judges (known formerly as District Justices) receive their compensation from the taxpayers of Pennsylvania, Onembo is an official resident of Franklin Townsship, Warren County, New Jersey, where he also holds at least one official position in that political jurisdiction. The ensuing insight will also revisit the debacle of former Judge Leonard Zito (currently Northampton County Council solicitor succeeding Williams Township resident and solicitor brian Monahan and his role in the county's General Purpose Authority (GPA) fraud that he and his county official colleagues and collusionists perpetrated on the taxpayers of the county and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth in Courtroom One on March 8, 2002. That's when on the legal advice of Monahan, GPA Solicitor Stevens and Lee of Bethlehem, and legal counsel for the GPA's $111 million megabond, Blank, Rome, Comisky, and McCauley of Philadelphia represented by Jeff Blumenfeld approved fraudlent revisions to the articles incorporating the GPA violative of the Commonwealth's Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 as amended and of Northampton County's Home Rule Charter. |

Correction: The date of the Northampton County Council meeting in the Government Center's Courtroom One was March 7, 2002, not March 8, 2002, and the correct date is the one published in the the Billy Bytes articles dated April 13, 2004. titled, "Springtime Follies."
The artticle concludes with a quote from Alan P. Novak, a lawyer and lobbyist with firm of Conrad O'Brian, Gellman, and Rohn, whose clients included Big Tobacco. Novak specializes in municipal law and serves as the solicitor for several local governments. Novak was also a "ranger" in George W. Bush's 2004 "re-selection" bid, a title the White House Resident bestowed on Novak for his efforts in raising more than $200,000 personally for Bush's second Presidential quest.(In the Presidential year 2000 quest for the White House, these "rangers" were known as "pioneers," charged with the persoanl responsibility of raising at least $100,000 for their boss's campaign. In my April 13, 2004, Billy Bytes article, I quoted Novak as saying, "The forced distribution of wealth and the over regulation of the free enterprise system - even under the guise of law for the purpose of advancing misguided notions of social or economic justice - is destructive of the fabric of society, and connot be tolerated" (http://www.billybytes.com/art icles/blankrome.html). |

Just stand back and watch....
lets see how corrupt these clowns really are in this appointment. If they were really honest, they'd put Brian Monaghan on the bench. If they were really buttholes, they'd put Phil Lauer on it...LOL! |

These officials are corrupt to the core - the provervial apple's core. As solicitor to Northampton County Council, Monahan defrauded not only the ordinary taxpayers of that governmental jurisdiction; he also defrauded the Pennsylvania Commonwealth's Secretary of State and Secretary of the Budget in Harrisburg in his crafting of the articles incorporating the fradulent General Purpose Authority (and its fiscal year 2001 $111 megabond)of the county's administration of Executive Glenn Reimban and county council under the presidency of council member Wayne Grube (currently county council VP under President Ann McHale, another architect of the illegal GPA and $111 million megabond.

The corruption and criminality rampant in Northampton County (and, indeed, the so-called "Lehigh Valley) cemter on the two counties of Lehigh and Northampton and their three so-called "third-class cities," respectively, of Allentown and Bethlehem and Easton.
In Northampton County, that corruption and criminality center on the Court of Common Pleas, the Court Administrator james Onembo, Prison Warden Todd buskirk, and District Attorney John M. Morganelli; i.e., the Northampton County criminal justice system. |

I feel a dogged personal responsibility for the fraudulent General Purpose Authority (GPA) because it was I who first discovered it was a fraud and immediately alerted Nazareth Borough real estate title searcher Bernie O'Hare III of the fact.
Bernie in turn warned County Councilman-elect Nicholas R. Sabatine III, Esq., of the fact, and both in turn warned DA John Morganelli of the fraud on the day of my initial discovery, December 18, 2001, via telephone. Sabatine followed up his warning in writing in a memorandum dated December 27, 2001, and addressed to Morganelli. Morganelli did not respond until January 3, 2002, in a letter addressed to Sabatine and bearing the date that Sabatine was sworn into office as a councilman. In this January 3, 2002, letter to Sabatine, Morganelli adamantly refused to intervene or take any legal action to nullify the GPA and its illegal bond through the legal remedy accessible to him, Quo Warranto, or, "By What Authority?" |

Beam us on the head Scotty! You would have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to be able to know something bad is going on around here! It's the good ol' boys club. Even then, you would still be able to smell it! I think it has now become tradition, as it goes on for so long unchecked, or at least arrogantly ignored when brought to the attention of the people involved!

Anyone but Giordano for President Judge. I hope there is a highly qualified person for appointment until new election for a 10 year term judge. Hopefully someone from HLS.

The official corruption and criminality in the mythical, man-manufactured "Lehigh Valley, are institutionalized; most recently, e.g., in Easton, in the city's new city charter that has elevated Mayor Sal Panto Jr.'s most dangerous dictator to date. Panto was the chairman of the Charter Commission and Pennsylvania's 136th Legislative District Representative Robert Freeman panto's co-chair. |

I agree. There are six fine jurists to choose from and then there is Giordano. This is the same guy who complained that his neighbor was calling him 'nasty' names. I would hate to see such a whiner end up President Judge. It's bad enough he is a judge. Maybe he can get a show like that other gay judge; David something or other. |

Giordano's a lulu alright!
