JusticeforAll Bethlehem, PA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Mar 30, 2011 Former Montgomery County Judge / Attorney Sharron L. Rex seems to have trouble following Court Rules everywhere. Coincidence "NO", Her plan all along "Court Abuse" YES.. Ms. Rex failed to supply the Ordered Appellant briefs and reproduced record by February 7, 2011 in the Superior Court of Philadelphia. Former Judge Sharron L. Rex's latest effort to have this case thrown out. Over (4.6)years in Montgomery County courts for a (5) month marriage..... RULE 2136 allowed this abuse to take place. Mr. Kulesa was the movant(initiator) of this appeal, however 2136 allows in a Cross-Appeal situation, that Moving Party/Plaintiff in the lower court(MS. REX) is Now the appellant/Lead in Superior Court. Ms. Rex was allowed over more than (40) days to file her briefs. She FAILED TO FOLLOW COURTS DIRECTIVES/ORDERS Mr. Kulesa was then Ordered by Superior Court to file Briefs in ONLY (19) DAYS or case gets tossed... Different set of rules for Former Judge Sharron L.
