Richwood residents' deaths investigated as homicides

Can anyone tell me who all where considered suspects and questioned in the beginning of this case? I wanted to compare it to the stories I have heard to see if it is fact or rumor.

Can anyone tell me what kind if man howard delp was i have hear alot good & bad things about him i would jus like to know any thign about him if anyone knows please let me know thanks.

Did anyone think about the dirty county cops? Could've been a drug bust gone wrong. Informant goes in, wire gets found, shit goes wrong. Cop or cop shows up just in time. Fight for the gun, one gets shot, no bullets left. I'm sure everyone can figure out what happens next. Out of bullets and only one person left who's gonna tell. cop doesn't want any part in it, so informant and cop or cops go on about their merry way. No one knows. Just a different perspective.

Howard was shot in the stomach once, and who is this state cop you are talking about?

I don,t know where you get that Howard was shot, I have talk to police and the P.A. and April and Howard were beaten to death' I do know that April,s Mother and Family arenot gonna give up until who ever killed April is arrested, even if it takes 10 years. someone knows something about what happened down there and it will come out someday, Me, I can,t waituntil they do caught who done it, then Rose, April,s mom can have some kind of peace.

The officer that handled the case of Howards wife, had the last name of Dronburg.

Someone asked what kind of man Howard was, well he was a man of many faces. He could be very kind and helpful. He also was an alcholholic and could be very abusive. He was not always honest. He was once described as a compulsive liar by an ex-wife, which was probably very accurate. He was married many, many times. It was also told that he had many children but only 3 whom he was in contact with.

What happened to Howards wife? Also, I heard a county police officer was in on this. There is a few crooked ones I can think of right off hand, and I heard through the grapevine that when they find out who done this that it's gonna be one hell of a shocker. What could be more shocking than a cop doin this? Someone has been in the wrong place at the wrong time and seen somethin they wasn't supposed to see.

Okay, I have a couple things to say here since I am one of Howard's aka Demp's neices.
1. Noone was shot. They were both beaten to death.
2. Yes, he was an alcholholic and used to use drugs, but come on people who hasn't at one time. Granted he might have abused it more than others.
3. Nancy, his latest wife, commited sucide. We still do not know why. I can tell you for sure he was not abusive towards her or any other family memeber.
4. Even if he does have more children than "whom he was in contact with" what is the difference, that is their business.
5. As far as being a compulsive liar, yeah I could see that but does that mean he is bad, NO.
6. He was always there if you needed help and asked him.
Please just keep in mind if you are writing negitive things about Howard or April have some respect for their family members even if you do not respect Howard or April.

This is in response to "Just Me" who is a relative of Howard. I do not know either of the parties who were killed, but I do know this. There is no excuse to kill someone, period! It is a shame what the family is going through while people saying horrible things about the dead. Whether it is true or not, that is no excuse to kill someone. It's that simple. My thoughts are with the family. I am sorry for what you must endure.

I don't know Bob, but I do know people like him. they think it can't happen to them. They think being on drugs are evil, but if they go to the doctor and get any kind of drug for disease or pain then it is okay. I knew April and she has had a hard life, but she was a sweet girl and was always respectful to me. I also knew her mother, grandmother and great grandmother. They were all good people. Sometimes we make the wrong decisions in life, but that does not make us bad people. May God forgive you for being so self righteous.

i am april's aunt also and i know we are not going to give up till we have them killers. and the cops hope and pray that we dont get to them before they do. the killers just might be looking just like april did. but i do beleive that the cops were involved with it also. i have had a family member tell us that it would not supprise them.

Rose ask me to tell everyone that the police have stopped working on April,s case for now because they have no new leads. April has been gone almost a year now. Her killer or killers are still out there. someone knows something!!!! If you know any thing please let the police or Rose know. We are going to try to have a candle light vigel for April in May I will let everyone know when that is going to be held. pray for Rose and the family,

Idon't know if this is real or rumor but i heard one of aprils long ago ex'es was involved in her murder still trying to find out more details don't want to say to much if u know what I mean hate giving false hope
