Richwood residents' deaths investigated as homicides

I am in my 40's and have known Howard since I was a little girl. The kind gentle man I knew, at 5 yrs old, I had the little girl crush on, even though he was to be married. He was a very important man to me at that time because my Dad was in Vietnam and he was basically my substitute Dad. Usually I would fall asleep on his lap at church on Sunday's. As time grew on I would spend time with him and his family. My father would not take the time to teach me to parallel park and they lived out on a little piece of land on top of Fenwick mountain, so he said, what are we waiting for? By the end of the day, I could parallel park that car. I don't know where he went wrong, I got married and moved away when I was 18, I saw him periodically over the next several years, in passing. His ex-wife is still a dear friend of mine. I do know what drugs can do to people though and I know that he was ill and nobody deserves to die like that. I will remember the man who treated me like a daughter, when he had 3 sons, and let God be the judge of the rest. He will do so in a just manner. For me, thank you for what you did, I'll never forget it.

who is the shannon in the jeep with dennis and duane i'm just wondering what she has to do with them and if it's the same one i know

This topic site has nothing to do with this Shannon girl. Quite frankly, I do not get it. Start another topic site if you wish but please keep this site to the topic that it was started for.
My heart aches for the family of April and Mr. Delp. I pray for them and may God give them strength.

I do NOT know if Dennis is guilty or not guilty of this particular crime. I do know that he has always looked guilty of somthing because he usually is. He as always seemed to enjoy his substances and has always had little regard for others' feelings. Don't think we can use his current actions to judge if he is guilty of this murder. Little has changed with his personality. I do hope that whoever is guilty is caught and justice is served!

i am april's aunt and i thank you all for the nice words you are saying about april. i will be home on friday may 30th. i live in wisconsin and i dont get the paper from there so if anyone can get it and e-mail it to me i would love that. tv station 3 also was there on the 28th and i can not find it on their web sight.

I see that Dennis is in jail. What for exactly? I think everyone knows who is guilty. I heard he and his partners liked to brag.

Seems like "everyone" knows who did it but the police. Maybe these people should give the authorities their knowledge

I want to thank everyone for coming to the candle light service and for all the kind words and prayers. this is my first time on this site but i have read many of the comments that are on here some are good and some are very rude and hurtful. Everyone needs to chose there words wisely, there have even been many lies also, she was not pregnant there heve been so many things that has been said. She was not shot, for anyones info that thought that she was... the reason I am on this website is to see if anyone knows anything at ALL they need to be telling someone.
What happened needs to bo solved so there will hopefully be a clousure....

Just because you do not condone peoples actions does not mean that you have the right to judge them. How would you feel if one of your family members was murdered in cold blood and people were saying horrible things like you are saying in this post. You must not have a heart. What if family members of these slain people were to read what you have cruely wrote. They would be heartbroken. I bet you didn't give that a bit of thought did you? From now on, why don't you think before you speak or write things like this that could truely hurt someone...
