'Absolute Panic'

“We want people to realize that we are in dire straits, that we need money to pay back debt, to keep this hospital working. In order for us to do that, we need thousands and thousands of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars, to pay back debt.”

Without some kind of intervention from somewhere, the doors are set to close on June 27th at Richwood Area Community Hospital in Nicholas County. via West Virginia Metro

How sad this is, when I first heard the hospital was closing I was in shock,whats next to close there? I was Born and raised there and miss it very very much. By the time I am ready to move back to Richwood to Retire, there will be nothing left but dust.

If Maxine Corbitt, Carlyn Scarber, Jim Fitzpatrick,, John McClung and others have their way, the city of Richwood will become un-incorporated like they want.

Yea, that figures,they need to be chased out of town and left upon Cold Knob, it's unincorporated they could start a new town there and leave ours alone.
