Beware thy neighbor"" or "Love thy neighbor"? I read with interest the news that the Hancocks are being sued for building a new stone wall with a 6 " incursion into City Property. Their neighbors are giving them hell via the legal system. What a pity that someone with a little clout and a allot of horse sense doesn't just label this as a huge waste of tax money and a big repugnant pile of horse apples! Why don't the aggrieved neighbors get a life and find something helpful and useful to do with their time & money?
People like this are a royal pain to know and a corrosive detriment to the city. Let the wall stand and warn all builders hereafter to file all possible permits. I would also suggest a public-rebuke session for the troublemakers where average folk can reprimand them for being a infected wart on the City's bum.
