Latest ethics report may end saga for NCCo's Clark

New Castle County Council President Paul Clark ordered two employees to delete about 5,000 e-mails from his government computer last summer as the county's Ethics Commission was investigating a controversial communication sent by the elected leader to developers, according to a commission document released Thursday.

why cant they send the computer out to be diagnosed.they STOLE the unions computer and had it done.hopefully the investigation that is about to become public will rid NCC of the coons corruptness!!!
