A rape charge against Rikki Rockett has been dropped after authorities determined that the Poison drummer was not in the state at the time of the alleged crime.

You know, why would they even FILE CHARGES when the guy had evidence that he wasn't in the state at the time in question?
Something stinks here, and I REALLY hope that the woman or man who said he raped her/him gets sent to prison THEMSELVES for filing a false police report. Maybe that will FINALLY tell the people who are filing these allegations unjustly that it is not acceptable. |

Another false rape accusation, possibly by someone trying to extort money. They should get the same sentence someone would get for rape.
