A nurse accused of kidnapping a 3-day-old baby and fatally shooting his mother last month will have to wait until July to learn if she will face the death penalty.
the judge didn't give the defendant's attorneys enough time to investigate the case. It requires A mountain of evidence and testimonies to fight any case that involves death penalty. Two months is not enough. that decision must be appealed now before it becomes a precedence.
