This is a total injustice. A man can beat his father to death, rob him, not only taking his wallet, but running his furniture store and using the money for drugs, and then setting his father's body on fire to cover up his terrible crime. Just to get a slap on the hand. I can not see where anyone would call this justice. It is unbeleivable that the DA would offer such a plea bargan, and not try this case in front of a jury! And we wonder why sociaty is so acceptable to murder & killing!
