Hwy. 22 E. of Gates Partly Open After Tanker Spill

Oregon Highway 22 just east of the small Marion County town of Gates reopened to one lane of traffic Monday night, with flaggers letting mororists through in alternative directions, several hours after after a tanker truck rolled over and spilled a corrosive chemical, officials said Monday night.
