Law enforcement shouls check out to see if the driver was assaulted by the passenger named Cecilio B. Hernandez from Lancaster who is know to beat up his girl friend who the driver of the car that got trajectly killed. Especially since he up and dissapeared after his medical treatment without a trace to be questioned.
