Unreal! The attorney for the defense, mind you, ask for the judge to take into consideration that he was drunk he attack the 13 year old girl. W T F is that suppose to be an excuse?!!!

Then this pedophiles' attorney threw in the cost of incarcerating Illegal aliens and what an "undue burden" it is on the state to pay for it.

What did they want? Did they think he should be sent back to MEXICO, to avoid us paying for his jail time? Heck he only has to serve half the sentence to be considered for parole.

The attorney was looking for future repeat business. I have no clue how criminal defense attorneys sleep at night.

A district judge on Friday sentenced a Mexican national who entered the country illegally to 15 years in prison for forcing his way into an apartment and assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

In closing remarks, prosecutor Jennifer Bassett urged Judge Cecil Puryear to consider the forceful and physical nature of the assault and the lasting effect it will have on the girl, as well as the fact that if he is released early from prison, there is nothing to stop him from re-entering the country without registering as a sex offender and offending again.
