The people of Avon should Sue this guy for the cost of needing the Police to Arrest him for his actions, The cleaning of the car and other things he attempted to damage or soil, then sue the attorney for bringing a Frivilous Lawsuit!

83% of all law officers failed the polygraph test 2x about lies and false stories they made up to cover their a?? or their partners a?? its been proven more and more they are being caught and people are standing up catching them abusing the public they vowed to protect

Polygraph test, you are funny, I do not know how many shows I have seen where(and these are real life stories) someone has failed a polygraph test and failed and they were the real victims! If you people only knew the truth. The *ucked up part about it is that, the EMT Spaulding that is mentioned in the D+C is the one that started this whole mess by jumping on Mr. Homer. Mr. Homer was walking away from mr. spaulding and Spaulding decided to tackle him unprovoked.

Spaulding should have been arrested not Homer. He also should have gotten the tazed and he should be held responsible for any monies that will be payed out in a lawsuit. You people just keep talking crap not knowing any of the truths.

And after re reading this, I find the article funny. SO this guy is sueing the Town, The Town has No Police Force, The Village does! They can not even get the facts straight in the article...
