That's good old Letcher County Court System. The criminals pay the bills down there with fine, court cost, and lawyer fees. But if you got a clean record and lets say you get in trouble they know the odds of you coming back is slim so they give you the Max. thats what it's all about. Like #4 said people like that should be put away along time ago.

well, if he was paralized and didnt have a choice, did john and that girl carry him to the car, because john sure didnt carry him by his self, and if lloyd walked, he isnt paralized. so which is it.

I believe with all my heart and soul that all three were involved and had it planned. If the law doesn't deal with them properly, then someone else will. Whether or not they had a long record really doesn't matter. Some people can do only one crime their whole life and it will be a very violent crime like murder. I too have heard that Lloyd was crippled and mentally unstable, but I have also heard that he is just as mean as a snake. I hope justice will prevail because if it doesn't, more people will have to get involved to make sure it is dealt with.

Well, if Lloyd is so good and decent and would give you the shirt off his back, why did he have to go to the victim's apartment later that night and steal? He's guilty of letting all this take place at his home. Even if you are afraid of someone, how hard is it to pick up a phone and dial 911? Who in their right mind would be afraid of John Pigg? Probably only a little 105 pound man begging for his life. I personally hope that they get every thing they deserve and more.

Well, I've heard through the grapevine that John Pigg is sitting in jail getting fat. He won't take a bath or shave or anything. He says he wants to see how nasty he can get. I think he was probably pretty nasty to start with so he doesn't have far to go.

how can you sit there and defend this pig, he is no more paralized than your little typing fingers, anybody that sits there and watches something like that go on and doesnt try to stop it, is just as much to blame as the others, he was not afraid of his cousin and neither was the girl, the cripple could have handled him and the girl and crip together sure could have stopped him , they were all in it together. if crip would give anyone the shirt off his back, couldnt he have give this poor little man a chance or a 911 phone call.

You know, you are probably right. I am going to have to quit being so civilized about this mess. Hang 'em all like they used to do in the old days. Maybe then people will quit acting like animals and doing horrendous things like this.

I'll by him the soap just so he will get what he deserves. And if they would start hanging everyone that does things like this, people might think twice about something before they do it. Instead, we taxpayers, keep their sorry butts up while they are out on the streets drinking and doing drugs, apparently that is a disability because they draw a check for it. And then if they get convicted of a crime we still have to keep up their sorry butts because they keep them in prison, they feed them, give them tv, games, and anything they desire for years.

This is so true. I'll bet they eat better than we do and don't have all the cooking, cleaning and taking out the garbage like we do. They just live a life of crime and got to jail and lay around the rest of their lives. It's like they get rewarded for doing something evil. It's just not right for the family to have to deal with this aggravation.

They have it made. They are like rich people.
They have somewhere to live, don't have to worry about rent, house payment or bills. Everything is paid for them. They have a maid, don't have to worry about cleaning. They have a chef to cook their meals, don't have to worry about cooking or where their next meal is coming from. Among a lot of other things. There is something wrong with this picture. Its like you do something bad, you get rewarded with all this, and in return all you have to do is lay in a cell and do nothing for a few years.
