Teen who sold drug to girl who died placed on probation

I am glad that the teen was placed on probation instead of jail time. Hopefully, he will learn from his mistakes and press forward and become a productive member of society & mentor younger children about the dangers of drugs; etc.

He will be faced with this young girls death every day of his life if that's not a life sentence. I hope he can enroll in a Univeristy and make something out of his life.

Don't let people or the media dictate who he is and what he will become in life & get as far away from New Castle as possible. He will also need treatment going through what he has encountered as such a young age & he will always be judged by society.

Newsflash, even probation is on your record. I'm sorry to say but unfortunately, this incident, whether it's his fault or not, will follow him for the rest of his life. Good luck to him getting a decent job/career in his future. I wish him all the luck in the world.

Dana, read the articles. Josh did not give the young lady any drugs. His friends did. Josh did not make a mistake the young lady did.

I've asked this question at least three times and this is the only answer that people come up with. How do you know that he should be freed of all charges. What proof does Mr. Stewart have that he did not sell the drugs to Ms. Million? Can someone elaborate on this other than saying Justice for Josh Stewart??????
