Hickman couple fighting to keep horse

A Lancaster County Sheriff's deputy hand-delivered a letter to a Hickman couple Tuesday night, informing them they must remove their horse from city limits.

Unbelievable - you guys are as bad as any developer/city council combo in Southern California. The fact that the city council didn't stand up for the 76 year old owner of the 32 year old horse is despicable - your town deserves all the problems that come with mindless, inhumane development. If you were at all reasonable you would have grandfathered in the horse and its keeping. Don't look any farther than your mirror if you are wondering why the economy/the environment/the government, etc is so bad - people like you are the reason.
