Former Port Orchard City Councilman Charged With Child Molestation

A former Port Orchard city councilman who recently served a prison sentence for forgery and theft has been arrested and charged by Kitsap County prosecutors with felony second-degree child molestation. via KIROTV

He has 3 adopted kids from the wife's previous marriage. She is filing divorce to avoid the financial penalties from the crimes they committed when he was in office. She has already gone back to him and wishes the kids to be with the two of them.

Tye Moore child molestation charges has been drop by officials. Wife & Moore are back together. The child molested repeatedly as stated is the wife's daughter & again living with mother & Moore. Heard also the child has missed most of the school year. Very sad story.
The Officials (Port Orchard,Schools,Law inforcement,King County,WA state,& MOST ESPECIALLY CHILD PROTECTION CPS definitely drop the ball on this one.
