If Metro can't keep their system funded here in St. Louis, MO. Then how can K.C.? Don't get me wrong I am pro transit. I just fail to see how this system will some how work better than Metro St. Louis. Greater St. Louis is the 16th largest in the United States, population 2,866,517.

how does Chicago keep it's transit system funded? I don't see how management in one city has to do with the management in another city, but I guess it makes sense to compare and contrast what you know with what you don't to understand the systems better.
