A Jefferson County grand jury indicted a 23-year-old Joshua Jerrod Thomas on a murder charge in connection with the death of man who was romantically involved with his aunt.
I understand that the defendant took the law into his own hands, but if documentation shows his aunt was abused and assaulted by her romantically-violent beau on several accounts, I really believe that this may fall under "Crime of Passion". His aunt may have been all he loved in his life. He screwed up by returning. He should've had the rifle already in place somewhere within the home, and that way he could've popped ole boy in defense of third-person. I stand to be corrected though.
