the people that did that to them dogs are!!!!!!!!
i have several dogs and cats and i cant imagine not feeding them as a matter of afact my oldest is on a diet becouse she almost 15 lbs over weight. they just better be glad i don't make the laws do unto others as you will have them do unto you . others not people . i'd pen them up and let them go for a week r so on nothin but a piece bread and water once r twice a day.better than what they desive .....
