And guess what, that student was allowed to return to school within a couple days! McELvain is a JOKE! Kids are allowed to ran the halls, curse and do whatever they wnat whenever they want to do it! Staff are mostly scared to do anything and are not supported by their supervisors. Would a kid be able to do this in a regular public school? No way! The state needs to come in a take a look at this joke. Kids are put in level 1 and then the windows are raised in the winter to freeze them out for punishment. The principal does not have a clue! I could go on for days, but please, the state needs to investigate this "school"

I have seen the mayham at MckElvain and have been a victim as well.

Staff has no control because the principal pits the students against her staff. I had a student laugh in my face one day when I directed her to the office for insubordination. The students reply upon return to the classroom, laughing, was, "The principal told me not to worry about it and I don't have to listen to you." This staff member is still there today.

McElvain needs a security officer and for administratin to acknowledge that they have a serious issue before "someone ends up dead".

And I believe parents should be accountable for their childrens actions. Parents need take charge and clean up their communities and stop the gang action that is occurring in there neighborhood.

We are responsible for our children and we as parents are responsible for how our children are raised and their actions as citizens.

Wake up parents. These children are our future. Stop letting them down.

Too much willpower can sometimes make you push yourself past your limits. You may be overspending to compensate, because you feel that you deserve a little reward for all your hard work. However, you'll have to pay the piper sooner or later!
