New Castle cop arrested on child pornography charges

I first want to say that I now Ross and he is one of my best friends. I could call him and talk to him about anything and everything no matter what time day or night. He is the nicest person that I know. He would give you his last dollar if it would help someone. Let me start by saying I want to know why the mother is not facing charges on this also. The mother knew what was going on and did nothing about it until he kicked that low life slut out of his house. The mother pawns her kids off on everyone she can. Ross took her and all of her kids in put a roof over their heads made sure they were fed and that they got to school because the good mommy was not there she was too busy out bar hopping. Fact is did Ross have to do this no, but he did because he thought she was a friend in need wow some asshole huh? It baffles me how a mother can know it was going on and not face neglect charges herself where, is the justice. What Ross did was wrong but everyone makes mistakes. Another thing since the mother knew it was going on why did it take her a year to go to the police? TRUTH BE TOLD SHE WAS PROBLY THE ONE HOLDING THE CAMERA!

Low-life or not, she can sue you for slander. She has a good case on about four of you now from the posts here.
If you have so much information, go to the police with it and have her charged. But if you continue to slander this woman on a message board, true or not, you can be held accountable.

Sure he would give you his last dollar, he would just make some more.

If Ross is such a saint, then why was he having sex with a 16 year old? Doesn't anybody see something wrong with this? I don't care if it is legal for him to do. Does he have morals that low? Then, he decided to tape his sex with her. Once again, low morals.

I want to know when it became appropriate for a member of the police department, whom I pay, to sleep with a 16 year old girl? Regardless of all the people on these post who are chanting his praises as a fine man and an upstanding citizen the fact remains that he not only cheated on his wife with a 16 yr. old but he let the community down in the process. Counterfiet money, fake ID. Were they for an investigation at work? If they were why didn't the department stand up behind him? I understand he has friends and that you are going to defend him till the end but the fact remains that when you are a public servant you are held to a higher set of standards. We all do it. We all bash the politicans that go out and do the same that he has done without any inside information. I feel for his wife who has to withstand all the mudslinging that is going on. I don't care that she graduated in 2000. Who cares. She obviously loved him and once you are over 18 IN MY OPINION she could marry who she wanted. The is just something wrong with any 45 yr old man who feels he needs to sleep with a 16 yr old. Doesn't matter that she agreed or not. She is still just a kid. I do agree that the mother should be held accountable. She apparently knew all and did nothing. Sad for the girl, she has grown up not knowing any different and will more than likely go on to be just like her mom. This is all just MY OPINION.

That's a major hole in the story. No 16 year old would want anywhere something that looks like that. That's why this whole thing doesn't totally ring true, it's not a believable premise if you think about it.

First most of you don’t know the facts about the case. What Ross did was wrong and he has said that. We can all agree that it was wrong. I do not agree with what he did. Though there are other people involved. I just wonder how many if any of you know Ross or the apparent victim. The fact that he slept with a 16 yr old is perfectly legal. No matter what morals you have it was still legal. It was illegal to tape it. Fact Ross took these people in to his house and supported them for eight months. The mother knew it happened and was fully aware of what was going on. In fact just this past Friday night she was at Hoosier Daddies which is a BAR in New Castle bragging about what happened. If she was any parent at all she would have been at home taking care of her daughter if the daughter was so traumatized by this. Next the mother said that the only reason she did it was because she did not want to face neglect charges herself. And she said "God I hope and pray that the police don’t make me take a polygraph or a voice stress test because I knew what was going on and I could not pass.” Another thing it took her a year to go to the cops so she was ok with it until she thought she could get in trouble then she turned on Ross. Like I have said before what Ross did if he did it was wrong but in the US you are still innocent until proven guilty. I know that he as apparently confessed but he has not been tried or proven guilty yet. All that I hope is that the mother goes down and faces the same charges as him because she was there when the crimes occurred and was aware of the crime taking place. So why is it right that she walks free and he has to pay the price alone? If you ask me they were both in the wrong and should both face charges and not just him.
