Man indicted on felony charge of hit-and-run in bicyclist's death

He fled from the scene of the accident where a woman died.

He is a danger to the public safety. He also isn't smart enough to know the difference between a deer and a human!

People that stupid, or drunk have no business behind the wheel of an automobile. Another fine example is Dead Ted. He also went home to sober up and than report to the police after MaryJo was long dead.

In two of those cases, the charge was reduced to a lesser speeding violation. In the other case, the charge was amended to improper control/driving."

"In addition, Webb has gotten seven other speeding tickets, court records show. One of those was amended to disregarding a highway sign, and two were amended to a violation of defective equipment. He also was found guilty of a violation involving a right turn on red."
