Is there a mountain top removal site close by? if so, it's sounds like you have a big lawsuit. Don't let the coal company push you around and chase you off your own property. Many people in appalachia have fought and won lawsuits, there are agencies that will pay for your lawyers but you have to contact them.

Black Mountain Water is a WATER Company! If it is brown then it is the company's problem not coal
