Harford council wants to drop ban on ex-members taking jobs with county

When we Harford County allow a true MAYOR in office instead of a Commissioner? The Commissioner we call the Mayor or acts as the Mayor in public appearances but is truely not a Mayor, must live in Belair 6 months prior to holding office and 6 months afterward. Why cant someone from any other town in Harford Co be considered for the Commissioner seat, that Harford Co calls the Mayor's seat. We need a real Mayor in Harford, not a pretend one. The courts and the judges make up their own ways of handling the so called laws here. We are known as Hazzard County and its because of how the County does what it wants to and has really no one to answer to but the governor who doesnt come to Harford County for anything he stays in Baltimore and Annapolis.
