There won't be any prison time...this is kenton....community service and maybe some fines....and a loss of whatever was confiscated....that's all any dealer gets here....

It is pretty sad when people spend more time in jail for non-payment of child support, than dealing drugs.

Until we get judges and prosecutors (Brad Bailey is about as worthless as tits on a bore) who care about what happens to this town, it is only going to get worse. they go before judge Hart,(just don't care anymore just warming the judges chair till something better comes along.) get 2 years community control, with conditions and is making another drug deal before they out of the court house.

Maybe if more of these busts would get more attention that just the Kenton Times and WKTN, maybe it would force the city justice system to finally man up and start doing something. We keep saying we want change, we want the users and dealers out, but nothing happens. Probably because it stays local. Maybe if there was some outside pressure on our local justice department, maybe things might change.

Also would be great, if getting more attention, someone finally stepped in and started running against our local judges and prosecutor, Kind of hard to make change, if there isn't someone willing to help make it.

who ever got busted here needs to give up the big boys who furnished them with this crap in the first place if the big guys were caught and charged there would not be so many drugs in our town some one some where is waiting to be paid that 17,000.00

yup yup the sad tragedy is all the lost revenue for the states and country from not selling weed legally .......one day one day this country strives on drugs and illegal money government just needs to get its head outa its own arse and put themselves at the top of the food chain but lots of people think they controll it anyway but would this have happened if u could legally buy a bag of spice or weed at rite aid ?????????? theres a reason y theres no crime in drug legal countries
