Trooper Suicide Under Investigation

Okay, we, the citizens, are consistently led to believe that officers undergo drug and alcohol testing, also psychiatric evaluations. So, how is this explained? By those who would have us believe in all of these tests being not only - "supposedly" administered, but actually done?
Concerned about the affairs of those who are allowed to carry and use weapons at their own discretion. I am, I honestly find it hard to believe that officers, police men and women, are actually given these tests, and exactly who is the one overseeing the tests, and their outcome? What is their qualifications?
I do not want to hear from supposed officers claiming they've been given these tests, I've heard far too much of that bs to believe in it any longer. I see on the news much too often about officers shooting themselves, and others, in family disputes, or arguments between lovers, or shootings involving cops in any situation, such as drug investigations. If cops are always so innocent, so forthright, so honest, then explain to me how drugs get into prisons? Explain how in an environment where no smoking of cigarettes is allowed, that pot, crack, cocaine, and heroin are all able to be smoked, and/or ingested?

Look an honest cop is truly honest. They take an oath to serve and protect. That is what they do. BUT they are also human, so Yes they do mess up. Things happen and happen for a reason. Hell look at Galen Reel he is a pervert and is still out in the streets.........
