Amy Noles- Graves teacher charged with sexual abuse.

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky.— Kentucky State Police arrested Graves County High School teacher Amy Noles Thursday at the school, charging her with first degree sexual abuse. Anyone know what really happened??

innocent until proven guilty isn't that how the system works??

The question is how to restore a good reputation when she's found not guilty ?????

wont even go to court, the guy wants attention obviously , and has a hidden agenda .... get the facts before you condemn a perfectly good american citizen !!!

She not a good women she deserves what she gets truth be told a lot of people was suspicious of this before.

If she is found to be guilty she should go to prison and have to register as a sex offender. There should be no special treatment just because she is a woman. She should be required to recieve counseling while in prison as well as when she is out of prison. There are alot of women who get away with sexual harassment as well as abuse just because they are women. That is wrong.

if the guy was forced i would agree with you but i think if both was willing then there should be nothing done about it its not like it was a grade school or junior high student she was messin with

I agree. If the boy was ingaging then she shouldnt be in jail. She is a wonderful teacher, mother, and women. I could care less if she is guilty it doesnt change who she is and thats a loving person who will help her students "education" wise. So dont say she deserves to be in prison cuz thats the last place she belongs

If the gender was reversed and the teacher was a 38 yr old MALE teacher having consensual sex with a 17 yr old FEMALE student I'd bet you people would want him in prison for years.

A good teacher is someone that can educate another person, and get the kids willing to learn their subject of choice. Not to have sex with them. That is sending the wrong message, and obviously has messed up her morals and her life enough that she shouldnt be teaching children Period. And just because she is a woman doesnt make any difference, if proven guilty if graves doesnt cover it up somehow then she should deffinatly serve time.

So it is okay because she is a good mother to "HER" kids? What about the boy she was messing with? What kind of message does it send to him about future women? Glad you can say it is okay but I will be one to say let the gavel of justice smack hard for her. I'm tired of hearing about all of these freaks of nature teachers!

I can not speak to the truth of this incident but I know that she has been know for this type of interaction with students in the past. However, she is not the only staff member at the school to do this. There at least two women who still work at the school who have interacted sexually with a student in the past. In my opinion it is not as outrageous as people make it out to be. It was consensual I'm sure and its usually the student who approaches the teacher. I highly doubt she used her "position of authority or influence" on the guy. It is high school, the majority are sexually active already.

The kid got lucky.

Look I was her female student, and Amy is an attractive teacher, she had to deal with alot of stupid hormonal boys hitting on her and making passes. Some kid probably got pissed about it. Amy Noles didn't do shit.

I agree this shows how hypocritical some of you are. SHE BROKE THE LAW! HE WAS UNDER AGE! If she can not follow the rules than we can not expect men to do the same then by these hypocritical double standard arguments If it was a man you can bet your ass these same people would want him carved up. But since it is an attractive woman and the boy was wanting to, its ok. Would it be ok for her to smoke pot with here students if they want to? He is not of the legal age as well as the emotional age to make a sound decision that is why there is a law in the first place!If we donot expect our teachers to follow rules well then how can we expect our students to do so.

Im sure it's true , but who am I to judge? She taught me n was there for me in many ways as a student. So many teachers sleep with students at graves county. One teacher married a student when he graduated, she still works there.
