:( are there surveillance cameras at the school or anything that could possibly identify which direction she went in? Am I reading correctly that their is NOT an Amber Alert issued for her?!?!?!?! She is under 18! Was she having probs at home? Are the computers being looked into or her cell phone records if she has one? I hate reading stuff like this. Seems Mayfield keeps getting worse and worse....

Age of Child

Every state adopt the “17 years of age or younger” standard; or, at a minimum, agree to honor the request of any other state to issue an AMBER Alert, even if the case does not meet the responding state’s age criterion, as long as it meets the age criterion of the requesting state. Most AMBER plans call for activation of the alert for children under a certain age. The problem is that age can vary---some plans specify 10, some 12, some 14, 15, and 16. Differences in age requirements create confusion when an activation requires multiple alerts across states and jurisdictions. Overuse of the AMBER Alert system will undermine its effectiveness as a tool for recovering abducted children.

That's because the school system stinks and the sheriffs office is lame. They r trying to do it all alone. It's all a game to them

I don't live in mayfield or know the girl but it breaks my heart that the graves co police are ass dragging on this her computer should of been loooked at teusday andd the reports on t.v. seems like they are not concerned at all or like it's an inconvenience to their donut breaks. It reminds me of the case when a girl was murdered there years ago and they lost evidence screwed it all up. I sure hope she's o.k. but I bet they won't have anything to do with that it has to be up to someone else cause they're a joke.

Call Nancy Grace! She can get the story out on TV around the USA. Everyone on facebook needs to put this story on their page and share with all their friends all over the USA. Maybe someone will site them and bring her home! Time is the essence and getting the word out is the best thing to do.

I pray that they find this child and that her parents can find calm during this storm. I hope and pray the get this guy soon let us try him here in Ky and give him the death penalty. I am sick and tired of these fools coming here to commit horrible acts. I miss the days of Burl Younblood. Did not have to worry about the ACLU and you did not have rights if you come here and wanted to do things like this. We need to find him and give him the death penalty. What this guy truly deserves is the mother of all redneck old fashion ass whippin beat downs. But since it is against the law unless it is self defense We will have to settle for the death penalty. We need to send dirt bags a message that this is now our policy on dealing with individuals like you.

A fine job? You must be a relative because if they are doing a fine job an amber alert would of been issued and computer gone through on the day she was missing. They are not doing anything

I would never lie about something like that. I have 2 daughters of my own and this story has been laying heavily on my heart. They found both of them in Shreveport LA.
