im currently on 6 months unsupervised probation. mist. pocession drug paraphenelia. since october 4th,2010. ive taken drug test every week since that day oct. 4th. now im being reinstated bc i havent went personally for the last 2 weeks,,,. and the woman i report to told me i was a liar that i havent taken twst every week. now i havent recieved reciepts. and she ,unprofessionally, screams at me whn i call to ask whats this letter i recieved in the mail stating i havent been complying,and that i have 10 biz days to report. and get this . somehow my fine 1900.00 has now bt tripled to 2,587.00 . how is that. so i call athis morning to ask about the letter and she screams and hangs up. i couldnt even get my question out. i have 10 biz days according to the letter but this morning when i call for questions concerning ,"my havent been complying... and about the fines changing,... she tells me come in right this instant, i explain to her i have left town, and bc of the letter , ive made arrangementsa to return before monday morning,which would be the last day to report to her. now she tells me to turn around or stop along side the interstate to get a drug screen faxed. thats no problem, except she already knows due to my wallet being stoled 3 weeks ago. this may be a bit of a problem. and now the sighned document she has sent no longer counts... what should i do...? im being treated unfairly, and now she s taking me back to court if i cant get a test in today. what if i find a health dept. or hospital but bc i have no i.d. or appointment im not able to get the test she wants faxed??
