A Chattahoochee police officer shot himself to death Friday as police were discovering the body of his long-time mistress buried in a shallow grave near his home east of Chattahoochee, according to Chattahoochee Police Chief Vann Pullen.

My heart goes out to the families left behind to grieve, they too are innocent victims. I believe Lt. Moore was a fine young man who made a terrible mistake, most likely in a moment of jealous rage, which is no excuse. Ms. Ross did not deserve to die in such a manner nor did he. May God bless the children left without a mother or father.

I am really madthat he killed my god mother he didn't have to kill herhe could have killed his self the whole time and left her alone.Doesn't he have a wife why was he worried about what she do that's her problem not his and she had three kids to take care of now she can't see there face cause she's gone . Now that is just messed up .. AGE: 16
