Police: Intoxicated, improperly documented immigrant in Red Bay tried to entice child at game
A Guatemalan resident who has been staying in Franklin County without proper immigration documentation is accused of trying to entice a 7-year-old girl into a bathroom at a youth football game under the pretense of showing her something, authorities said.
