what is the name of the male driver of the bmw who the floyd county police arrested before they let Faith Delight Corino drive away and within minutes cause this accident

Were any drug/alcohol tests performed on the male driver arrested before the crash or on the killed driver, Ms. Corino. The report doesn't mention it, but wouldn't it be standard procedure when reckless driving was involved?

Michael Shane Evans, 37, of Stockbridge, was the name of the male driver that was arrested. He is charged with misdemeanor giving false name and address to law enforcement officers, driving with a suspended license and following too closely. He is also being held for Henry County on charges there.
Mrs. Corino was taken to a crime lab from the scene of the accident, but we will probably never know the results. |

The girl that was in the other car is doing very well. In fact she is my girlfriend, so these statements are true. First of all, she is blessed to still be alive after this accident. I was following her and saw the whole thing happen. She is going to be layed up for a while, but she will be making a full recovery. Just wanted to let everyone know that she will be ok.
