After we had our blow up with him, I went to complain to the county lawyer, the county executive and the various people you deal with to get to the top. They ALL told me he was untouchable, some kind of loophole that did not put him under county jurisdiction, and the state told me he was not under their jurisdiction, etc. I could not get any justice for what he said and implied, but he was finally brought down by his own hand. That's a sweet bit of justice!! I hope victims of his start coming out of the woodwork to report further on him abusing his position. I think you are going to see his cronies start putting some distance between them and him.

Well, the highway supervisor here in Fentress has all ready been indited by a grand jury, arrested on the charges and had a $10,000 bail set. It appears our guy has been investigated by TBI and enough was there to present to the jury.

Seems like TBI may be opening their eyes to this corrupt little town. Maybe he could make a deal to expose more of it here.

here you all go again putting the sentance before the trial .one dam thing you can say for sure is that you can drive on our county roads. unlike before.I say lets wait to see this evidence first.If its there I will join you.

I think when they are an official here everything including setting bail should be done in another county. That way hopefully only evidence would come into play and they would not go light on him because of who he is. Or convict him because they don't like him. I do hope they go into his personal income. To see just how much wealth he has accumulated and make him account for any that is not part of his regular income.

check at court house on lots in his sons name in sub-divisions he has paved also check out how much has been bought from indivuls for hwy dept
