Judge it!
I purchased 225, 000 shares in Palisades in July No certificates have been sent. I have tried to contact Leslie Rutledge ,the President, many times. No reply to emails or phone calls.
Can anyone tell me if he exists please? If so, how do I get him? Many thanks to your readers.
